Since 1984, the team at Nashua-based Etchstone Properties, Inc. has quietly built an outstanding reputation for responsible, quality residential building and development throughout Southern New Hampshire. Etchstone Properties of Nashua, New Hampshire hired MESH to rebrand and launch a new website.
Easy content creation.
The website is based on open-source CMS, allowing the Etchstone team to quickly and easily update their own content. In addition, flash animation opens up the home page, directing people to relevant content and promotions, and tying in with current advertising initiatives. The home page features relevant property info, customer testimonials, and an e-newsletter sign up box—part of a new marketing initiative for Etchstone.
Virtual Property Management.
Etchstone Properties specializes in property development, and needed a way to easily showcase their developments. MESH built out a robust system that allows them to quickly create property portfolio sections, grouping together pages for each property that include: animated floor plans, photo galleries, property information, maps, directions and more. These are all custom built in the CMS, and generated on the fly, quickly and easily by a team with no html knowledge.
Dynamic data-driven galleries.
One key piece of the site is the ability to create a photo gallery—or floor plan demonstration—on the fly. With our custom, easy to use CMS, site admin just selects a page type, and uploads images, and a dynamic, animated gallery is created.
A rich user experience.
Again, property demonstrations are easy online with the use of dynamically generated image galleries—all created by the site admin.
Out with the old, in with the new.
The previous branding and site just weren’t doing the business any good. It didn’t represent the quality, attention to detail, and heritage of one of Nashua’s strongest businesses. The new site created by MESH is now maintained internally, so please reference our thumbnails for home page visuals, and review their live site for overall look and functionality.
