About this website.
Azuki Systems, founded in 2007, enables Interactive Mobile Media Services for content publishers and mobile operators looking to expand and monetize rich media viewership worldwide and is located in Acton, Massachusetts. The company was started by two serial entrepreneurs with $7 billion track record of developing and selling internet startups and has—to date—received over $6 million in VC funding. In 2007 Azuki hired MESH for a comprehensive branding and web solution.
Branding, marketing and new site in just 8 weeks.
Azuki hired MESH to design their identity package (logo, stationery, sell sheets, case studies, pocket folder, powerpoint presentations), corporate web site, and mobile site. They had an aggressive timeframe of eight weeks, and were under pressure to launch the business with a high quality image, and a “bulletproof” web site. With such heavy hitters bringing new technology to the Web 2.0 market, it was important that the web site look and function perfectly.
Easy to update—yet powerful.
The web site MESH created for Azuki is built on an established and powerful content management system (CMS), allowing MESH’s team of designers and developers the most flexibility in executing the needs of Azuki’s internal marketing department. The site is maintained entirely by the client, is search engine-friendly, features flash animation and a custom widget on the home page that pulls content from other parts of the site and animates it on the home page. The site also contains a full-featured blog and rss feed.
Adapting the site for mobile devices
As a mobile media services solution provider—it was imperative that Azuki have a functioning and attractive mobile site. We developed a completely alternate version that loads upon viewing the url from a mobile device, maximizing the experience for mobile users.
