Harvard Business School – HBX Partnered with MESH Interactive to Launch Persona-Driven Website

HBX, a digital learning initiative by Harvard Business School, partnered with MESH Interactive to develop a unique persona-driven user experience that would engage and convert its diverse audience groups. Through MESH’s adaptive persona-driven content marketing strategy process we identified and developed five buyer personas for HBX. We developed the content strategy, UI/UX and wrote website content specifically for each persona.
